Completed between 2016-2019, this project involved the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a chilled water system (1,800 TR), glycol chiller for process cooling, fire protection, BMS automation, and electrical infrastructure, ensuring efficient production, energy savings, and compliance with food industry standards.

Scope of Work: MEP Implementation

1. HVAC System: Industrial Chilled Water & Air Distribution

A. Chilled Water System Installation

  • 6 high-capacity chillers (300 TR each) totaling 1,800 TR cooling power.
  • 6 primary pumps & 4 secondary variable-speed pumps for efficient cooling circulation.
  • Air separator and chilled water piping network with food-grade insulation inside the plant.
  • 35 AHUs (Air Handling Units) & 76 FCUs (Fan Coil Units) for air distribution.

B. Fabric Ductwork for Food Industry

  • Installed specialized fabric ducts for improved airflow and hygiene compliance.
